CANCELLATION POLICY
You will not be required to pay a deposit, but you will be required to put a card on file in the event that you are late, last-minute cancellations, or "no call no show". In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, you will need to do so at least 12 hours before your appointment. You will receive a reminder email and text message 24 hours before reminding you of your appointment coming up. If you are 10 minutes late there will be a $10 late fee added on to your service price. Once you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be CANCELLED. Last minute CANCELLATION or SAME DAY RESCHEDULING whether it is because of your menstrual or because you were past the late 10min will result in your card being charged 50% of the service. Any “no call no show” will result in your card being charged 100% of the service. If you do more than one “no call no show” you will be banned from booking again. When prebooking your next appointment, please note that you will be responsible for your next appointment and that the policies are still in effect. Payment can be paid with either cash, credit/debit card or Zelle after service is complete. I DO NOT ACCEPT CASHAPP OR VENMO. No extra guest please unless they are being serviced. Please NO Children. If you are on your menstrual during a Brazilian, you must have in a fresh tampon or a cup NO EXCEPTIONS! If you want to cancel your appointment because of your menstrual you will be subjected to the Cancellation charge. If you are receiving a Bikini Line or Brazilian and you are under the age of 17 you must have a parent/ guardian with you.
